Oral Problems

Oral problems are more occurring among the Indian people. Every few second Indian has one or the other dental health issue. Among these dental issues, cavity is most common and has to be treated on time or it can cause many other issues. Here are some of the tips to keep teeth away from cavity. Let's take a look:

Do not eat sticky food: You should not eat consume foods like - cheese, jelly and cream. These eatables create a layer on the teeth, which cause cavity in long run. Also these food stick in the small gaps between the teeth. And it is difficult to brush around these region and germs developed.
Brush your teeth before going to bed: Don’t forget to brush your teeth before going to bed at night. After dinner at night some particles stick on the teeth, these needs to be removed before sleeping at night. If it is not removed, then these create a layer and increase the chances of cavity.
No Sweet Food: Do not eat too much chocolates and sweets as they have the components which are bad for teeth. Thus keep control over your teeth buds and maintain distance from these eatables.
Regular Dental Checkup- A visit to a Dental Doctor is must whether we have any sort of dental problem or not. Once a month is a good step to go. Dentist will make sure we are enjoying good Dental Health and if there is any problem he will fix it on time.
Additionally, we must know how to brush our teeth. We should brush with soft bristles to avoid gum bleeding. Also use medically recommended mouth freshener to avoid bad breath. Following tips will keep our teeth and gums health.
